Google Ads and advertising measurement

On the public homepage and account sign-up/sign-in page, we use Google Ads (Google tag AW-806113514) for advertising measurement and ad performance optimization in eligible regions. Google may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, advertising cookies, a homepage visit and a generic successful new account sign-up event with a random duplicate-prevention reference. A sign-up counts after the new account is confirmed, not when someone clicks Create account or signs in to an existing account. We do not send your email, account ID, health records, symptoms, medical reports, consultation details or notes to Google Ads. Personalized advertising, remarketing and customer matching are not enabled. Google tags are not loaded on personal health or consultation pages.

Visitors in regions requiring advertising consent, or whose region cannot be established, see equal accept and reject choices. Google Ads uses Consent Mode with advertising storage denied until acceptance; the tag loads only once measurement is allowed. We do not send cookieless advertising requests before acceptance in those regions. Outside them, ordinary advertising measurement remains enabled unless you refuse or opt out. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are honored everywhere. Ad clicks and impressions can still be counted by Google independently of this website. Your health-data consent does not grant advertising consent.

You can accept, reject or withdraw advertising permission through Cookie settings below. Choices are saved on this browser with a random visitor reference, time, region and notice version (google-ads-signup-consent-2026-10-21), preserving earlier choices when you withdraw. This notice covers Google Ads, advertising cookies, technical visit information, sign-up measurement and ad performance optimization. For sign-ups, this browser stores a reference to the original advertising choice and region and checks the latest choice before reporting. Changes apply to other open app tabs; blocked events are never replayed. Confirmation on another browser or after seven days may not be measured. Clearing browser storage removes this saved choice. Regional coverage and this policy require privacy-professional review.
